This is a senior revenue accountable role to drive the growth of the FMCG and Retail market for the digital transformation services in China and APAC.
Job responsibilities
- Strategize and generate business revenues and opportunities, focusing on FMCG & retail industry with software & service solution.
- Drive engagements at the CxO level and with Line of Business Leaders across complex organizations.
- Establish excellent client relationships from existing and new client bases, both locally and regionally.
- Collaborate closely with SME and delivery teams to drive business development activities and outcomes.
- Be responsible for the operations of a sales organization to ensure data hygiene and reporting transparency.
Job qualifications
Technical Skills
- At least 10-15 years experience in business growth and practice building in technology services for FMCG and Retail industry
- Proven track record of building credibility with clients and bringing in new business, delivering financial results
- Strong skills in strategic sales, account management, and strong executive presence
- Team-oriented with the ability to drive high-performing teams
- Flexibility of domestic and international travels
