How you'll make an impact
Define strategic design direction and vision for key areas or initiatives
Collaborate with design, product, strategy, and technology leaders to align on direction
Clearly communicate strategic design direction to designers and teams
Drive impact as a force multiplier—amplifying team efforts to better solve customer problems
What you'll do
Champion and drive product principles and practices, including exploring new critical thinking approaches to solve complex customer problems
Introduce new technologies, techniques and design tools to improve performance and process
Ensure strategies are set up to scale and evolve solutions to critical customer problems across multiple teams and areas of the business
Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering to deliver stunning and effective end-to-end product experiences
What you'll bring with you
Experience leading other designers working on complex software and services
Experience building and iterating on a product based on usage patterns, user feedback and an evolving strategic and landscape
A portfolio that demonstrates high-quality design outcomes, contributing to user experience and business value
A mastery of the entire design process from uncovering customer needs and pain points, to executing elegant interfaces
