Delivery Experience Manager - HelloFresh

Job Description

As the Delivery Experience Manager you’ll support HelloFresh New Zealand’s order processing and last-mile operations, with a strong focus on continuous improvement across the distribution function. You’ll be responsible for arranging reliable, cost-effective, and on-time delivery of our boxes nationwide, managing 3PL relationships, and driving performance against key logistics KPIs. This role also leads projects to enhance the customer experience and works on initiatives to further optimize our logistics operations.

This role is based in Mount Wellington and reporting to the Associate Director Fulfilment.

You will…

• Manage and drive performance on core logistics KPIs
• Build and maintain strong 3PL relationships with a focus on continuous improvement
• Support the development and rollout of a data-driven, scalable logistics strategy at both local and global levels
• Assist in pricing discussions and contract negotiations with suppliers
• Lead projects to enhance the customer delivery experience
• Oversee weekly operational duties while identifying opportunities for automation
• Initiate and manage fulfillment projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities through data analysis and process optimisation

You have/are…

• A Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain or a related field preferred)
