Technical Success Managerの主な業務は、New Relicの営業、Solutions Consultant、 Technical Support Engineerやマーケティングチームなどと共に、クラス最高のNew Relicソリューションをお客様のビジネスに効果的にご利用いただくためのご契約後の活用促進や業務改善の支援を行うことです。また、既存のお客様の活用状況を分析し、様々な社員がデータドリブンで動けるた、めの環境整備も行っています。
