WHY BOX NEEDS YOU
We are seeking a Regional Partner Manager to own the partner sales motion across Box's Enterprise West territory. This is a high-impact, deal-execution role responsible for driving partner-sourced pipeline and partner-attached revenue — working hand-in-hand with the Enterprise sales team to bring the right partners into opportunities and help move complex deals from pipeline creation through close.
Box is actively building its partner motion, shifting from a heavily direct-sales model toward greater partner-sourced revenue. As the RPM for Enterprise West, you will be embedded with the sales team, serve as the partner sales expert for the West pod, and own partner pipeline, forecasting, and revenue outcomes across the territory. You will have a particular focus on Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) and cloud marketplaces, with the visibility and opportunity to help shape how Box works with partners across the West.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the partner sales motion across Enterprise West, with accountability for partner-sourced pipeline, partner-attached revenue, deal progression, forecasting, and close.
- Work closely with Enterprise AEs and sales leadership to identify where partners can add value across priority accounts and opportunities, from pipeline creation through deal close.
- Bring Global Systems Integrators such as Deloitte, Slalom, TCS, and Capgemini into enterprise opportunities, leveraging their customer relationships, industry expertise, and services capabilities to create and accelerate deals.
- Leverage cloud marketplaces including AWS and Google Cloud to support customer buying preferences and create additional paths to revenue.
- Build partner-sourced pipeline through joint account planning, opportunity mapping, and targeted industry and account-based motions.
- Navigate partner and sales-team friction, advocating for the right partner motion while keeping the customer and deal at the center of the decision.
- Own the partner forecast for Enterprise West and maintain strong working rhythms with AEs and sales leadership through pipeline reviews, forecasts, and QBRs.
WHO YOU ARE
We are an AI-first company. This means you approach your work with a growth mindset and find ways to leverage AI to help make faster, smarter decisions that will 10X your impact at Box.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- 5+ years of experience in partner sales, channel sales, alliances, or enterprise sales within the SaaS or cloud ecosystem, with strong enterprise sales acumen and experience driving complex opportunities.
- Meaningful, hands-on experience working with Systems Integrators, ideally large GSIs such as Deloitte, Slalom, TCS, Capgemini, or similar partners, to generate and advance enterprise business.
- Experience with cloud marketplace motions, particularly AWS Marketplace and/or Google Cloud Marketplace.
- A track record of driving measurable sales outcomes through partners, including pipeline, bookings, revenue, quota attainment, or similar targets.
- Direct experience working with Enterprise AEs and sales leadership and the ability to determine when and where a partner can add value to an opportunity.
- Strong ability to build alignment and influence sellers, partners, and executive stakeholders to drive opportunities forward.
- Willingness to travel as needed (~25%).
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Prior experience as a Regional Partner Manager, Partner Sales Manager, Channel Sales Manager, or in a similar partner-attached sales role.
- Experience working across industry or vertical-focused enterprise sales teams.
- Established relationships with GSIs, cloud partners, and enterprise customers across the Western US.
- Familiarity with content management, security, collaboration, or digital transformation solutions.
