As Senior Manager, Music Marketing & Partnerships, reporting to the Director of Label Affairs you will play a key leadership role in overseeing the partnership, distribution and promotion strategy for Riot’s music efforts. Collaborating with Music Supervision, artist and label partners, global music distributors, and internal Riot teams, you will ensure seamless execution of music initiatives that support the overall goals of Riot’s Games.
You will lead music promotion and high-impact campaigns aligned with game objectives, while also driving Riot Games Music (RGM)’s overall music marketing strategy. This includes advising the creative, legal and Business Affairs teams, developing strategy and marketing plans, managing budget allocations, and coordinating vendors, consultants, and global resources across all music releases. Your team will set goals for music promotion, build partnerships with artists, and oversee music distribution, promotion, analytics, catalog management, and future repertoire planning.
Additionally, you will serve as a key strategic thought partner for Games and Entertainment Publishing, ensuring that music marketing efforts are integrated to support the goals of each game pillar, acting as the critical link between music and Riot’s broader business objectives.
For this role, you'll find success through craft expertise and a collaborative spirit that prioritizes the delight of players. We will look at your past studies and experience, but for this role, we also look for dedicated people with a personal relationship with games. If you embody player empathy and care about players' experiences, this is the role for you!
