About the Role
Are you full of energy, curious, creative and ready for a role in a fast-paced, high tech company? New Relic is looking to grow our GTM Strategy and Operations team to help operationalize and scale processes to support our teams in the US, EMEA, and the Asia Pacific (APAC) markets.
As part of the Global Services Delivery Team team you’ll partner with our global Revenue Operations, marketing and channel teams to enforce our data strategy and improve processes to be more efficient. You will work with Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other systems used by our global teams to assist with provisioning and provide first-line support for questions and issues. As well as make improvements to existing processes, enforce rules of engagement, and improve automation of lead routing and account cleansing.
Your success will be measured by the timely and accurate execution of first-line support requests, as well as your ability to enforce policy and support the field to maximize efficiency.What you’ll do
- Create and manage users, profiles, roles and permission sets in SalesforceTools provisioning (Salesforce, DocuSign, LinkedIn, Salesloft, etc.)
- Govern the integrity of our Salesforce.com data to support territory assignment
- Troubleshoot Salesforce and other systems issues and escalate as needed
- Analyze root causes of operational malfunctions and provide resolutions
- Support the field with ad hoc training and troubleshooting of core tools
- Resolve operational problems within the defined schedules and service level agreements
- Assist SFDC system administrators in new functionality rollouts
- Apply the Rules of Engagement and other policies defined by our Field Sales Operations team
- Iterate on existing data processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Administrative tasks across various responsibilities for global revenue operations and sales teams (EMEA, US, APAC)
- Recommend process improvements to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Work with matrixed and cross geo teams to streamline onboarding and reporting
This role requires
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with Salesforce.com, MS Office, and Google Sheets/Docs
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- A strong attention to detail with a good knowledge of data entry-related methodologies
- Self-starter, ability to work autonomously and take initiative to complete tasks
- Ability to identify inefficiencies in processes and recommend creative solutions
- Able to balance multiple projects, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly changing environment
Bonus points if you have
- 1-2 years related working experience preferably within a technology company OR an advanced degree
Salesforce certification(s)
- Relevant professional training and/or certifications in Sales Operations
