SUMMARY: Program Managers are responsible for the successful operation of our deliveries. The Program Managers work closely with the larger enterprise team and classroom students throughout the delivery and, in collaboration with one another, ensure we uphold our contractual obligations to our clients and stakeholders. Our dynamic deliveries are tailored to each client's needs, and our Program Managers work to maintain flexibility while leveraging creativity, organization, and relationship-building to ensure each client’s needs are met.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.

  • Help execute delivery of a portfolio of cohort trainings through the full lifecycle (initiation, planning, executing, monitoring & controlling, closing)
  • Understand how the program works in detail (even though the subject matter may be technical and possibly unknown to you) and the role of different staff members
  • Monitor attendance and share results with our client stakeholders or take appropriate action with students as necessary
  • Monitor weekly surveys, assessments, retrospectives, and other similar ceremonies as needed, and collect all data into manageable formats
  • Create cohort-specific tooling for each assigned delivery (generate meeting classroom links, set up Teams channels, ensure creation of a dedicated LMS instance with appropriate curriculum resources, support and inform infrastructural resources to ensure student success, etc)
  • Onboard students to all Galvanize platforms, facilitate small and large group discussions, and support and message educational plans for students working in an intensive environment
  • Support Cohort Kickoff ceremonies at the start of each delivery; plan and facilitate other touchpoints and ceremonies (demo day, graduation, etc) with students aimed at building and maintaining an inclusive and successful community
  • Execute student-facing communications during student onboarding (before the start of a delivery), and serve as the primary point of contact for students throughout the delivery
  • Keep the classroom running smoothly throughout the delivery through effective communication with instructors and students; tracking student needs and infrastructure supporting their learning
  • Check in with instructors on prep activities to confirm instructional and curriculum preparation is on track
  • Serve as the point person for instructors and students on all issues and risks that present themselves during the course of a delivery. Triage accordingly, working with the Director of Client Solutions Manager to track and resolve all issues and risks
  • Participate in weekly internal coordination meetings between Operations, Academics, and other functions
  • Complete delivery closeout activities, including final reports, student offboarding from all cohort-tooling, and planning/leading capstone and graduation ceremonies at the end of each delivery.
  • Collaboratively craft and implement developmentally appropriate and effective remedial solutions to address both technical and non-technical growth needs
  • Deliver (sometimes difficult) feedback to students that improves outcomes and results in positive sentiment
  • Other Duties and Responsibilities as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 3 Years of Experience OR
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience

Certificates and Licenses: None required.

OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Experience working in Microsoft Teams and Outlook
  • Experience working in Google Office Suite (Google Docs, Google Calendar, Gmail, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Co-Pilot
  • Ability to clear required background check
  • Up to 10% travel

Compensation & Benefits: Stride, Inc. considers a person’s education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee’s salary level.  Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position’s level and expected contribution, and the employee’s benefits elections.  Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.

  • We anticipate the salary range to be $66,379.50- $70,000.00. An individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors which include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. Stride offers a robust benefits package for eligible employees that can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
