Advise on corporate governance, regulatory, and compliance matters under the Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws.
Support and execute corporate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, investments, and corporate restructurings.
Act as the legal partner to the People (HR) team on employment-related matters, including drafting and reviewing employment agreements, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations, and developing, updating, and implementing internal employment policies.
Partner closely with business teams to anticipate legal risks and develop pragmatic, business-aligned solutions.
Engage, manage, and coordinate with external counsel for specialized matters, including due diligence and complex advisory.
Monitor regulatory developments, interpret implications for the business, and proactively recommend policy and process enhancements.
Drive continuous improvement in contract lifecycle management, compliance monitoring frameworks, and overall risk management processes.
