(RBCE) was established in Nanchang in Jan 2025 as a joint venture between Bosch and Jiangling Motor Corporation Group (JMCG), with Bosch holding a 60% stake and JMCG owning 40%. RBCE is primarily responsible for the development, application, production, sales, and servicing of electric drive axle systems for light commercial vehicles.

职位描述

LAC（Local Analysis Center） Engineer

1. Product failure analysis procedure definition;
2. Providing the training to the inspectors ;
3. Tasks assignment to inspectors;
4. Immediate tracking for 0-km complaint case;
5. Report for deep root cause analysis;
6. Regularly product failure mode summary and feedback to the relevant dept;
7. Support MAE planning;
8. Contact person with different interface for product failure analysis
9. Testing technology coordination
10. Testing equipment management

职位要求

Graduated (mechanical engineering or alike) or experienced in analytical tasks

Several years work experience in relevant area；Well-know about eaxle/emachine/Xin1 product, failure mode and failure root cause

Well-know about EV；Eaxle/emachine bench operation experience

Data analysis of T-BOX/CCU ；Analysis device operation experience
