Job Description
- Execute sales-related activities, particularly in Sale Order and Delivery Note modules.
- Prepare and manage eInvoice/billing reports.
- Dept sales administration (events, logistics, reporting, PPT, Dashboard…)
- Travel & Expense Supporter
- Other tasks or additional projects by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- 4th year student pursuing a Bachelor's degree
- Prior working experience is preferred
- Mandatory: English proficiency
- Optional: Chinese or Japanese
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Dashboard creation and management
- AI tools familiarity
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive "can-do" attitude
- Full-time commitment during internship period
