Job description
Help Accelerate Industrial Decarbonization

Join exceptional people from around the world to solve some of the world's toughest energy challenges, make a real impact, and enjoy the adventure of building the future of industrial decarbonization together.

We are ooking for a Data Analytics Consultant to support the development of an analysis brief focused on GlassPoint and its solar-thermal solutions for industrial process heat.

Working directly with our CEO and Business Development team, you will bring together company, market, operational and energy-related data and turn it into clear, meaningful insights. You will help structure the analysis, test assumptions and prepare the data sheets, visualizations and supporting materials required for the final brief.

This is a hands-on assignment for someone who can work confidently with information from different sources, identify what matters and present complex findings in a clear and compelling way.

Your Impact

The funding you secure won't just support projects—it will help accelerate the deployment of industrial decarbonization technologies across Europe.

You'll influence strategic investment decisions, build partnerships with customers, governments, research institutions, and funding bodies, and work alongside exceptional colleagues who are shaping the future of industrial energy.

What You'll Do

  • Work with the CEO and Business Development team to define the key questions and analytical approach.
  • Gather, review and structure company, market, operational and energy-related data.
  • Analyze data to identify relevant trends, patterns, relationships and opportunities.
  • Research renewable-energy markets, technologies, customers and other relevant topics.
  • Create clear data sheets, charts, visualizations and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
  • Translate quantitative findings into meaningful business and market insights.
  • Prepare analysis and supporting content for the final brief and related presentations.
  • Document data sources, methodologies, assumptions, limitations and gaps.
  • Respond to additional research and analytical needs as the project develops.

Who You Are

You’re someone who enjoys solving complex problems and turning data into clear, meaningful insights.

You combine analytical thinking with a pragmatic, hands-on approach and are comfortable working directly with the CEO and Business Development team. You can bring together company, market, operational and energy-related information, identify what matters and translate complex findings into a clear and compelling analytical story.

Ideally, you'll bring:

  • Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, market analytics or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, Tableau or comparable data-visualization tools.
  • Advanced Excel and data-structuring skills.
  • Strong research, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • The ability to turn complex or incomplete data into a clear analytical story.
  • Excellent written, visual and verbal communication skills.
  • The confidence to work directly with senior leadership and Business Development stakeholders.
  • A self-directed and pragmatic approach to delivering project-based work.
  • Experience in renewable energy, industrial decarbonization, energy markets or industrial technology would be highly desirable.

What You'll Find at GlassPoint

  • Real ownership and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from day one.
  • Exceptional colleagues from diverse disciplines who challenge, support, and learn from each other.
  • Complex challenges that require curiosity, collaboration, and innovation.
  • An international team united by a shared purpose and ambitious goals.
  • The adventure of helping build the future of industrial decarbonization.
