- Diriger, coacher et inspirer lâĂ©quipe pour dĂ©velopper le portefeuille de partenaires.
- Suivre la performance, analyser les KPI et optimiser les résultats.
- Soutenir les négociations stratégiques et les deals clés.
- Optimiser les processus de vente et encourager lâusage des outils CRM & IA.
- Mettre en Ćuvre la stratĂ©gie commerciale locale et favoriser une culture de performance.

- Min. 5 ans dâexpĂ©rience en business development, dont 2 ans en management B2B.
- Solides compétences en coaching, négociation et stratégie commerciale.
- Ă lâaise avec les outils CRM et curieux des solutions IA.
