About the role

In this role, you will be a part of the Finance team, which is responsible for all financial transactions of the company. The Accounting manager will own the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close and compliance processes across US, UK, and India entities. They will oversee account reconciliations and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies.

What you’ll do:

• Close & Financial Controls
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and internal accounting policies
• Perform Bank and Cash reconciliations
• Oversee account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Perform reasonableness testing on P&L and balance sheet movements
• Intercompany & Global Accounting
• Record and review intercompany management fees
• Own intercompany entries and eliminations
• Perform intercompany reconciliations across: US, UK, India, and consolidated books
• Compliance, Tax & Audit Support
• Maintain and update the global compliance calendar workbook
• Maintain strong documentation and audit-ready schedules
• Assist with - US tax filings and coordination with tax advisors

What you bring:

• Experience: 5+ years in related finance roles, with a solid understanding of multi-currency, multi-entity accounting principles.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with hands-on experience in NetSuite, and at least one AP or Payroll software.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to manage complex financial transactions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Growth Mindset: Eagerness to learn and develop within the accounting and finance field.
