The Stripe Workplace team creates and operates inspiring, comfortable, and innovative spaces that bring Stripe’s culture and values to life and provide a foundation for achieving our mission. We are seeking a highly capable, strategic and collaborative Real Estate Portfolio Strategist to join our team. As part of a nimble and dynamic pillar, you will be responsible for driving the development of strategic analyses, scenarios and recommendations in support of Stripe’s global real estate portfolio strategy, translating business and workforce priorities into long-range, actionable portfolio plans. You will partner closely with Workplace, Finance and People to evaluate tradeoffs, develop strategic options, and guide critical investment and footprint decisions. This role reports to the Head of Real Estate Portfolio Strategy, based in South San Francisco.
