About Strategy Department:
The airSlate Strategy department leads monetization and product-led growth strategies and analytics across airSlate’s product suite. This includes owning the pricing strategy, the product-qualified leads upsell strategy, and key strategic monetization and go-to-market initiatives. The department also aims to provide product, marketing, and executive teams with useful insights, segmentation, user behavior, and North Star metrics to improve the performance and effectiveness of teams across the company.
And now, we are looking for a Corporate Strategy & BizOps Manager who is prepared to contribute to the next chapter of our company’s growth.
The person will join the Strategy team and take on the responsibility of assessing new opportunities across the airSlate product portfolio and owning the business case that leadership approves before a bet gets a team or a budget.
As Corporate Strategy & BizOps Manager, you will be in the room when bets are made, and you will run funded cross-portfolio initiatives from plan to result.
What you’ll be working on:
- Size and assess new opportunities: build TAM/SAM/SOM bottom-up from users, pricing, and conversion, map the competition, and define the ICP sharply enough for product and marketing to act on
- Own the business case that gates funding: write it, present it, and back it with a clear recommendation, the two or three assumptions it rests on, and what would change your mind
- Stress-test business cases from product teams, including our own: challenge revenue, cost, and adoption assumptions, separate baseline from incremental impact, and flag where the numbers do not reconcile
- Run one or two initiatives end to end, from the go-to-market plan and first budget to stakeholder alignment and results, starting with localization across our products
- Partner with product, growth, finance, and AI Labs leads across several business units, often relying on input from people who do not report to you
What we expect from you:
- 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or BizOps / strategy at a SaaS company
- Modelling skills: you build clean, auditable models and can explain every driver in them
- A track record of sizing markets and building business cases that were used to make real decisions (ideally, some were decided against because of your work)
- Comfort with ambiguity: you can turn a vague question (“is there a business in X?”) into a plan and deliver an answer within days, not weeks
- Clear, concise writing: you fit a recommendation, its rationale, and its risks on one page
- The confidence to disagree with senior people, with evidence, and the judgment to know which disagreements matter
- Experience owning something end to end, not only advising on it, with your own part in it clearly defined
- A Bachelor’s degree
- Professional working proficiency in English, for written analysis and presentations to executives
What helps you rock:
- Knowledge of PLG / self-serve SaaS economics: funnels, conversion, LTV/CAC
- Experience in the document, e-signature, or workflow-automation space
- Hands-on use of AI tools in your own analysis work
- Experience taking a product into new markets and languages
- A post-MBA background
