About the position: 

Netskope is looking for a Sr. Marketing Project Specialist to support our growing cybersecurity marketing team. Reporting to the Sr. Marketing Project Manager. As a Sr. Project Specialist, you'll play a key role in helping the marketing team stay organized, on track, and aligned across multiple work streams. You'll support project execution, manage task tracking and schedules, and contribute to the ongoing optimization of project management processes. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2-4 years of project coordination or marketing operations experience who’s ready to deepen their skills in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Travel may be required 2–4 times per year for team off-sites, planning meetings, or events.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and track day-to-day tasks for a range of marketing projects including product launches, content creation, and tool implementation
  • Maintain project schedules, task lists, and documentation in internal project management system
  • Assist in managing timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across internal teams and external partners
  • Help prepare project briefs, meeting agendas, and status updates to keep stakeholders informed and aligned
  • Monitor deadlines and proactively flag potential risks or delays to project leads
  • Support the development, implementation and adoption of marketing project management processes and tools
  • Contribute to the maintenance of project templates, documentation, and process improvements
  • Partner with the Sr. Marketing Project Manager on team-wide initiatives such as planning cycles and reporting
  • Help onboard new team members to our project management tools and processes

Job Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, or related roles, preferably in a B2B or tech environment
  • Familiarity with marketing workflows, including content, campaigns, and web updates
  • Experience using project management software like Asana (strongly preferred), Trello, Monday.com, or Wrike
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and work effectively across teams and time zones
  • Comfortable taking initiative and following through on assignments in a remote-first environment
  • Bonus: Experience supporting process documentation or workflow optimization projects

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
