Our Applications business unit focuses on delivering a suite of advanced communication tools designed to enhance customer engagement. The Content team is looking for a Senior Thought Leadership Writer to own the long-form voice that shapes how the world's most influential business leaders think about AI and its role in transforming enterprise communications. This person is part journalist, part researcher, part strategist — someone who can independently identify the ideas worth writing about, do the work to make those ideas defensible and original, and translate them into authoritative content that earns the attention of C-Suite audiences at global enterprises.
This is not a role for someone who executes on briefs. It's for someone who writes the brief — and then delivers content that changes the conversation.
