As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving Payoneer’s growth in LATAM from our Buenos Aires office by executing both online and offline marketing strategies. We are looking for a highly motivated, well-rounded marketer with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and deliver impactful results.

In this exciting role, you’ll need to be a fast learner who can quickly understand the complexities of our business, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your main responsibilities will include implementing our marketing strategy in Argentina and across regional initiatives, localizing our offering, building brand awareness and positioning, engaging with customers through various channels, developing media relationships, and organizing and attending online and offline events within the market.

What you’ll do:

  • Flawless execution of our Marketing strategy in LATAM and take it to the next level by finding new and exciting ways to connect with the community and industry to boost our business growth. 
  • Build brand, generate leads and sign ups, educate the market and improve our customer’s engagement. 
  • Create awareness campaigns in order to build positioning 
  • Create innovative content that will engage our customers, and explore opportunities to expand our footprint in the mainstream media. 
  • Develop and create assets with the Design team to engage customers and enable local teams to educate users 
  • Work with central teams and local partners to improve SEO 
  • Be the link between local markets and corporate teams to feed them with market needs, insights and trends.   
  • Collaborate in feedback sessions with customers and internal teams  
  • Work across the local and global marketing team to localize our landing pages, online ads, presentations, and be responsible for the initiative’s quality and performance. 
  • Translate global content, optimize our sites, My Account and registration funnels process (Consumer Journey end to end) 
  • Develop ‘eyes and ears’ across internal and external social channels, looking out for specific feedback & being the first to solve issues. 
  • Manage, monitor and assist our PR and SM agencies 
  • Build relationships with local media, influencers, and expand our brand ambassador program in the region. 
  • Manage our regional budget 

Who you are:

  • BA in business administration, industrial engineer, economics, communication, marketing, or anything else that would make us say, “hmmm that’s interesting”. 
  • 5+ years in marketing roles including digital marketing, online advertising, content, PR, SEO, brand awareness, social media, budget control and events. 
  • Hands-on experience with web analytics and A/B testing tools.  
  • A proactive doer working both with a local team and remotely with global teams, handling communication at all hours and maintaining strong relations with colleagues and customers in other locations.  
  • Project manager skills high level of organization and ability to hit deadlines.  
  • Hard working, multi-tasker who is willing to work during evenings and weekends to handle urgent matters. 
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.  

Not a must but a great advantage  

  • Local knowledge and contacts of agencies, media, influencers, vendors, and more. 
  • Experience using Wordpress, Asana or other task management tools and Salesforce. 
  • Experience in B2B marketing or fintech, professional service or payments companies.  
  • Expertise in UI / UX.
