
This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our Fort Mill, SC headquarters (Tuesday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Mondays and Fridays each week.

We are seeking a Senior Director of AI Product Management to lead a product portfolio across our Home Client Services division. Our product organization is responsible for transforming our clients’ customer acquisition, retention, and operations through applications of AI and ML. In this role, you will oversee multiple product teams dedicated to designing, building, deploying, and scaling AI-driven products and agentic workflows for Fortune 500 partners. You will define the strategic direction for your domain, establish the frameworks and operating rhythms that guide teams, and ensure we deliver sustained, measurable value across a broad set of client engagements.
We expect the person in this role to bring a deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and their real-world application. You combine technical fluency with strategic judgment, enabling you to assess feasibility, shape long-term bets, and identify how emerging capabilities will reshape customer needs, partner operations, and business models.
