Job description

Join Vonage and help us innovate cloud communications for businesses worldwide!

Why this role matters

As Campaign Manager for Developer, Partner, Enterprise and Corporate audiences in the API Business Unit, you will own the planning and execution of campaigns that reach and engage some of our most strategically important audiences — from developers and technology partners to enterprise buyers and corporate stakeholders.

This is a cross-functional execution role at the heart of our campaign framework. You will work closely with the developer relations and partner teams to support their Go-to-market motions, and with corporate communications, broader campaigns, and the demand generation functions to build and deliver campaigns that are narrative-led, audience-relevant, and tied to measurable business outcomes.

You will play a critical role in ensuring that our campaigns reach the right audiences through the right channels  and that every campaign you deliver is consistent with our Strategic Campaign architecture, brand positioning, and company goals.

This role requires deep campaign expertise, a structured approach to planning, and the ability to operate with precision across complex, multi-audience programmes.

What you will do

  • Work with developer relations, partner, enterprise, and corporate teams to define campaign requirements, objectives, and plans
  • Build out end-to-end campaign plans for developer, partner, enterprise, and corporate audiences from brief through to launch and performance reporting
  • Build and manage ABM campaign plans across 1:many and 1:few tiers, ensuring the right accounts are targeted with the right content and channels at the right time
  • Work with content, brand, editorial, social, and demand generation teams to deliver on campaign plans
  • Manage campaign timelines, dependencies, and deliverables, ensuring campaigns are executed on time and within budget
  • Build ABX campaign segments and work with Marketing Operations to orchestrate campaigns across the right accounts and audiences
  • Brief and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies where required, using the approved messaging architecture as the anchor document
  • Ensure all campaign assets and communications are consistent with campaign messaging and brand guidelines
  • Monitor and report back on campaign performance against initiative-specific KPIs not generic metrics
  • Use performance data and insights to inform optimisation recommendations and feed learnings back into future campaign planning
  • Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholder teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with their priorities and that feedback loops are in place

What you will bring

  • Experience in B2B campaign management, including ABM campaign, with a strong understanding of how to plan and execute campaigns across multiple audiences and channels
  • Deep understanding of campaign architecture - able to build and manage multi-touch, multi-audience campaign structures, not just execute individual tactics
  • Experience working with or marketing to developer, partner, or enterprise audiences is a strong advantage
  • Experience in digital marketing channels and tactics (e.g. paid social, display, email, search) with a working knowledge of how to integrate digital execution into broader integrated campaign plans
  • Familiarity with demand generation and pipeline metrics and understand how campaigns connect to revenue outcomes, not just awareness or engagement
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously without dropping the ball on detail
  • A collaborative, cross-functional working style with success working across campaigns, content, brand and DG
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to track, measure, and report on campaign performance and translate insights into action
  • Experience with ABX/ABM tools such as 6Sense and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to brief teams clearly and keep stakeholders informed
  • Positive, agile mindset with a high-performance orientation and willingness to adapt as priorities evolve

What's required

  • 3+ years of campaign management experience in a B2B SaaS, software, or high-tech environment
  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience with the ability to plan and activate digital-first campaigns that drive measurable engagement across the funnel
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns with clear attribution to business outcomes (pipeline, revenue, or product adoption)
  • Proven experience executing ABM campaigns across multiple tiers (1:many, 1:few), with demonstrable results in account engagement and pipeline influence
  • Working knowledge of intent data and how to apply it to campaign targeting, timing, messaging, and channel selection
  • Experience working within a defined campaign framework or methodology
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including content, brand, sales, and product marketing
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Data-driven mindset to drive campaign performance and optimizations
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, JIRA) and marketing platforms
  • Familiarity with ABX/ABM tools such as 6Sense is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI and LLMs, with a mindset geared toward leveraging them in daily work
