About This Opportunity:

The Enablement Lead is responsible for empowering the revenue organization at Docebo, including Sales, Customer Success, and related departments, to achieve their best performance. This role balances strategic and operational responsibilities, focusing on defining enablement strategies, developing training programs, and driving the execution of these initiatives. The Enablement Lead collaborates closely with internal stakeholders across the organization to refine processes, tools, and methodologies, ensuring the consistent adoption of best practices and maximizing the impact on revenue generation
Primary responsibilities, including but not limited to:
  • Develop Enablement Strategies: Define and implement enablement strategies that align with the overall goals of the revenue organization.
  • Create Training Programs: Design, develop, and deliver onboarding and continuous training programs that cater to the needs of various teams within the revenue organization.
  • Drive Adoption of Tools and Methodologies: Ensure the consistent adoption of tools, methodologies, and best practices across the revenue teams, leveraging platforms such as LMS, Gong, and Salesforce.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales Operations teams to identify gaps, build programs, and refine processes that support the revenue organization.
  • Measure and Analyze Impact: Utilize CRM and BI tools to analyze the effectiveness of enablement initiatives, providing insights and reports on their impact on team performance and revenue growth.
  • Facilitate Training Sessions: Lead and facilitate training sessions, ensuring they are engaging, effective, and aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support Continuous Improvement: Innovate and iterate on enablement programs, delivery methods, and reporting to meet the evolving needs of a high-growth SaaS business.
  • Travel: Conduct occasional travel (up to 10%) to deliver training and collaborate with regional teams.
  • What it takes to be successful:
  • The ideal candidate for the Enablement Lead role is a strategic thinker with a strong operational focus, capable of designing impactful enablement programs and driving their successful execution. They possess excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage large audiences and ensure the adoption of new practices and tools. A deep understanding of the SaaS industry, particularly in revenue-focused roles, is crucial. The candidate should be adaptable, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for helping teams succeed.
  • Education and Experience:
  • Experience: 4+ years in Sales or Revenue Enablement, with 2+ years of experience in a quota-carrying solutions consulting or sales role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in LMS, Gong, and Salesforce is essential.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the SaaS industry, particularly in sales and customer success functions.
  • Attributes: Strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage time and projects effectively.
  • Adaptability: Ability to handle ambiguity and make decisive, independent judgments in a high-growth environment.
