What You Will Do 

As a member of Prisma’s Global Customer Success Team, you will be instrumental in delivering a world-class customer experience with a focus on proactive engagement and fostering long-term relationships. The Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across teams. This role ensures that project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are managed effectively while serving as a key communication hub between stakeholders.

Responsibilities will include: 

  • Project Planning & Scheduling: Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and milestones. Track progress and ensure deadlines are met. 
  • Communication & Coordination: Serve as the central point of contact between internal teams, customers, and external partners to ensure alignment on project goals. 
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, status reports, and action item trackers. Distribute updates to stakeholders regularly. 
  • Resource Management: Coordinate resource allocation and scheduling to support project needs. 
  • Risk & Issue Tracking: Identify potential risks and issues, escalate as needed, and help implement mitigation strategies. 
  • Process Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to project workflows and operational processes. 
  • Meeting Facilitation: Schedule and organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and document key decisions and next steps. 

Who You Are 

  • +3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related role. 
  • Experience working with international teams or stakeholders 
  • Advanced English skills 
  • Educational or professional experience in business administration, communications, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • Proficient in project management tools (Smartsheet, Zendesk, Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint); Salesforce experience a plus. 
  • Demonstrated excellence in organization and time-management, along with verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy; ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
