Job Description

At Similarweb, we’re revolutionizing how businesses understand the digital world by showing them everything that happens online. Our unique data and solutions empower over 13,000 customers worldwide including Google, eBay, and Adidas — to make game-changing decisions that drive their digital strategies. We went public on the New York Stock Exchange in 2021, and we’re still reaching new heights! Come join Similarwebbers across the globe who are bright, curious, practical, and genuinely good people.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Analyst to join our team and act as a central pillar between our data, our product, and our business strategy.

This isn’t a role for someone who just wants to answer tickets. You will be embedded with Product Managers and Growth leaders to not only provide data but to help shape the roadmap and influence how we build, launch, and monetize our products. We are looking for an analyst with a "business partner" mindset, someone who can look at a dataset and see the commercial opportunity or the user friction point before others do.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategic Partnership: Work alongside PMs and leadership to define success metrics for new features and long-term growth initiatives.
  • Full-Funnel Ownership: Design and measure KPIs across the entire user journey, from initial activation to complex monetization and retention loops.
  • Proactive Discovery: Conduct deep-dives to uncover hidden bottlenecks. You won't just report on what happened; you'll recommend what we should do next.
  • Narrative Building: Translate complex technical data into clear, "bottom-line first" narratives that drive action across the company.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Act as the analytical bridge, supporting multiple product domains and ensuring a consistent, data-driven approach to every decision.

What We’re Looking For

  • SaaS Experience: At least 2 years of experience as an analyst within a SaaS environment. You understand the core levers of a subscription business (ARR, Churn, PLG etc).
  • Technical Versatility: High proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.). You are comfortable picking up new tools and datasets quickly.
  • Commercial Intuition: You have a natural ability to connect user behavior to business outcomes. You understand that data is only valuable if it leads to a decision.
  • Drive & Curiosity: You are a self-starter who takes extreme ownership. You don't wait for the "perfect" brief; you dig in and find the answers.
  • Strong Communicator: You can present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a way that is clear, persuasive, and insightful.
  • Degree: B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.

Why You’ll Love Being a Similarwebber

  • Impact: Your work will influence both product and business strategy across our global customer base.
  • Growth: We foster a culture of open dialogue where big ideas are encouraged. This role offers real room to grow in scope and influence.
  • Product: You’ll work with the world’s most powerful digital intelligence platform and actually love it.
  • Culture: We’re inclusive, innovative, and supportive.
