The Role:

We’re looking for an Interactive Designer who can create compelling, high-converting designs across multiple channels such as web and lifecycle marketing. If you have a passion for designing engaging, persuasive landing pages and emails, optimizing for performance, and leveraging AI and automation tools to scale marketing efforts, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll be responsible for developing and refining designs that engages, converts, and retains customers. You’ll work closely with performance and lifecycle marketing teams (as well as compliance…we’re a fintech after all) to create strategic designs across email, website, paid ads, and customer lifecycle campaigns.

Beyond writing, you’ll also play a key role in editing, optimizing, and A/B testing content to ensure every word drives results. Your experience with automation tools like Braze will help us scale and personalize our marketing efforts efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

  • Craft compelling, brand and partner-aligned designs for email campaigns, website content, landing pages, paid ads, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Work closely with performance marketing, product, compliance, and creative teams to develop strategic messaging that drives customer action.
  • Implement A/B testing to continuously improve email subject lines, CTAs, and messaging for better engagement.
  • Analyze performance metrics and apply insights to refine and optimize designs for conversion and retention.
    Stay ahead of industry trends in performance marketing, customer lifecycle strategies, and AI-driven content.

What You Bring:

  • 3-5+ years of experience as a designer with a focus on performance marketing, digital advertising
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing principles, including conversion rate optimization (CRO), paid search, display advertising, social media ads, and email marketing.
  • Solid grasp of UI/UX principles, with a portfolio showcasing your ability to create user-friendly, visually appealing, and conversion-optimized designs.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email formatting
  • Experience with AI and automation tools
  • Proficient in ideating, creating wireframes, and prototyping for web
  • A data-driven mindset, with experience running A/B tests and optimizing design based on performance metrics.
  • Excellent collaboration skills—comfortable working cross-functionally and with partner brands.

Nice to Haves: 

  • Experience in fintech, banking, credit cards, e-commerce, SaaS.
  • Experience with marketing platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing platforms.
