ABOUT THE ROLE

As the People Programs Manager at Zeta, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the employee experience and driving organizational success. You'll lead initiatives focused on total rewards, new hire orientation, and communications to ensure that our team members feel supported, valued, and engaged.

This is a hybrid role that requires 3 days per week in-person at our Headquarters in New York, NY to maximize team support and development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and manage comprehensive employee benefits programs, primarily focusing on wellness initiatives, service recognition and other employee perk programs.
  • Draft and lead communications campaigns to raise awareness among employees about available programs, resources, and initiatives as it pertains to benefits and perks.
  • Maintain internal website to ensure all benefits, perks and other program information is relevant and engaging.
  • Create and maintain onboarding materials, such as welcome packets and training manuals, to provide valuable resources for new employees.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, from pre-employment activities to orientation sessions, ensuring a smooth and positive transition into the organization.
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions and workshops to support new hires and facilitate their integration into the company culture.
  • Actively participate in DEI programs and initiatives, contributing to their coordination and success.
  • Integrate DEI principles into People Programs to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate across the company (globally) to gather feedback to identify employee needs and preferences, and tailor programs and communications accordingly.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and initiatives against key performance indicators to ensure programs are successful.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in employee benefits and employee communications and incorporate relevant insights into our programs.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience managing People Programs with a focus on operationalizing and bringing innovative ideas to life.
  • Solid understanding of employee benefits, privacy, and compliance laws.
  • Written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Analytical skills to understand needs and measurements for achievement.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for driving positive change and continuous improvement.

COMPENSATION RANGE 

The compensation range for this role is $65,000 – $90,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills and experience.
