What you will be doing:

What You’ll Do:
- Partner with Engineering, IT, and Operations teams to source, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with SaaS, cloud, and professional services vendors.
- Leverage BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI) and Google Sheets to mine spend data, generate actionable insights, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Design and implement streamlined procurement and vendor onboarding workflows using tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar ticketing platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Legal, Finance, Security, and Compliance to refine SLAs, pricing models, and risk controls—ensuring alignment with regulatory and corporate policies.
- Drive continuous improvement projects: from contract lifecycle management enhancements to vendor consolidation strategies and compliance readiness.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, financial analysis, business operations, analyst.
- Skilled in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and comfortable with BI or data-visualization platforms.
- Familiarity with procurement tools (e.g., Coupa, Ariba) or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is a plus; adept at using ticketing/collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Exposure to key frameworks (GDPR, anti-corruption, SOC 2, ISO 27001) to ensure vendor and contract compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proven ability to present complex data to diverse audiences and negotiate with external partners.
- You anticipate needs, flag risks early, and maintain high attention to detail in fast-moving environments.
