Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end print production for marketing and editorial projects, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate production schedules with project managers, creative teams, and print vendors.
  • Define print specifications, review proofs and artwork, and oversee the production process from procurement through delivery.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and coordinate logistics, shipping, and fulfillment.
  • Support direct mail campaigns, including mailing coordination, list management, and postage optimization.
  • Resolve print production issues and identify opportunities to improve workflows and processes.

Must-have Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Print Production, Print Operations, Print Procurement, or Print Project Management.
  • Hands-on experience with commercial printing, including offset/lithographic (litho) printing and production of brochures, flyers, single sheets, and other printed marketing materials.
  • Strong knowledge of print production specifications, including paper stocks, finishes, colors, textures, proofing, prepress, and print manufacturing processes.
  • Experience managing external print vendors, including RFQs, vendor selection, pricing negotiations, production coordination, and delivery.
  • Experience supporting direct mail campaigns, including mailing lists, fulfillment, postage optimization, and logistics.
  • Ability to review artwork, mechanical files, and proofs to ensure print quality and production readiness.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across creative, marketing, and production teams.
  • Experience identifying production issues and implementing effective solutions while maintaining quality and budget expectations.

  • AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
