Must-have Skills:

  • 4 to 6+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Strategist within Supply Chain, Retail, Logistics, or WMS implementations.
  • Agile Requirements Delivery: Deep hands-on experience writing refined user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing backlogs using Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence within Scrum/Kanban environments.
  • Process Modeling (BPMN): Advanced skills in process mapping and diagramming using tools like Bizagi, Lucidchart, or Visio.
  • Data Analysis & SQL: Strong ability to run complex SQL queries, analyze datasets, and build operational reports using Power BI and advanced Excel.
  • Financial & Business Case Acumen: Proven ability to build business cases, calculate ROI, and evaluate P&L impact for technical and operational feature rollouts.
  • Bilingual Executive Communication: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in both English and Spanish.

Nice-to-have:

  • AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including asset creation, workflow automation, or research. Identify opportunities to streamline production processes.
  • AI/ML Lifecycle Understanding: Conceptual knowledge of digital product architecture, machine learning models, predictive analytics, and AI data governance.
  • Retail Supply Chain Domain Knowledge: Direct exposure to large-scale retail operations, omnichannel distribution, or major core enterprise WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, HighJump).
  • Design Thinking & Innovation: Practical experience facilitating Design Thinking workshops to discover user needs and map customer/operator journeys.
