Job Description

The Company You’ll Join

Carta connects founders, investors, and limited partners through world-class software, purpose-built for everyone in venture capital, private equity and private credit.

Carta’s fund administration platform supports nearly 7,000 funds and SPVs, representing  $150B in assets under administration in venture capital and private equity. Trusted by more than 40,000 companies, Carta also helps private businesses in over 160 countries manage their cap tables, valuations, taxes, equity programs, compensation, and more.

Together, Carta is creating the end-to-end ERP platform for private markets. Traditional ERP solutions don’t work for Private Funds. Private capital markets need a comprehensive software solution to replace outdated spreadsheets and fragmented service providers. Carta’s software for the Office of the Fund CFO does just that - it’s a new category of software to make private markets look more like public markets - a connected ERP for private capital.

The Team You’ll Work With

Carta is looking for an experienced Integrated Marketing Manager to join our APAC & Middle East marketing team based in Singapore.

Carta expanded to Singapore in 2021, and we are building a world-class team to support the startup and investor ecosystem across Asia Pacific & the Middle East. As part of a rapidly growing team, you will join a dynamic and diverse group of people who are responsible for Carta’s growth across the region and get the opportunity to fuel the growth of the rocket ship.

This role reports to the Head of Marketing for APAC & the Middle East and will have the opportunity to develop and execute full-funnel campaigns, and shape Carta’s partner presence across the region.

The Problems You’ll Solve

  • Run Full-Funnel  Regional Campaigns: Own the strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline. These may support  product launches, new market entries, or regional GTM plays tailored to specific audience segments such as PE firms, VC firms and startups.
  • Collaborate Across Functions to Execute Campaigns: Work cross-functionally with content, brand, events, digital, and product teams to bring campaigns to life. Ensure creative, messaging, and tactics are aligned to business goals. Campaigns should span a mix of owned and paid channels, such as: organic social media, paid digital (Google & LinkedIn), email marketing, virtual events, physical events & workshops, and gifting programs.
  • Own End-to-End Execution: Take ownership of the full campaign lifecycle - from planning to launch to post-mortem - ensuring timelines are met, messaging is consistent, and execution is seamless across all channels.
  • Performance & Optimization: Measure and analyze campaign performance, including engagement metrics, attribution, and pipeline impact. Apply insights to continually optimize campaign strategies and execution.
  • Leverage Partner Marketing to Extend Reach: Develop and strategize co-marketing initiatives with Carta’s regional partnership managers as part of broader integrated campaigns. This includes joint events, webinars, and co-branded content.
  • Engage Ecosystem Partners:  Work closely with Carta’s regional partnership managers to build relationships, align messaging, and activate partners as an extension of our GTM efforts.

The Impact You’ll Have

You’ll be a key player in elevating Carta’s regional presence, accelerating customer acquisition through integrated marketing efforts, and shaping the way Carta engages with key audiences and stakeholders in the startup and investor ecosystem.

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or the startup/VC/PE ecosystem
  • Proven track record of running integrated campaigns and/or demand generation programs with measurable business impact
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
  • Strategic thinker who can also execute with attention to detail and creativity
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience localizing messaging to regional audiences
  • Comfortable with analytics and tools like Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or equivalents
  • Deep interest in the private markets  in Asia Pacific and the Middle East
