The Stripe Professional Services team is focused on helping all our customers, from global enterprises to ambitious startups, quickly adopt and integrate Stripe's capabilities. Our Stripe Accelerate offering is a core part of our services portfolio, primarily supporting startups, SMBs, and enterprises with a more scalable onboarding approach.
Users receive proactive guidance from our Accelerate team to ensure a successful launch, with a 12-week onboarding engagement. Users also gain access to implementation resources to stay aligned with Stripe's best practices.
As an Implementation Consultant, you will be managing the full onboarding cycle for mid-market and enterprise companies from contract signing through launch. You will proactively develop and manage integration architecture, change management strategy, and timelines. You will be expected to collaborate across departments, including Sales, Technical Services, Product, and Engineering, to ensure a successful transition for our clients.
