Job description

Who we are

Mindtickle is the leading AI-powered revenue enablement platform, helping sales teams learn faster, practice smarter, and perform at their best. We bring together onboarding, training, coaching, content, digital sales rooms, conversation intelligence, and AI role-plays into one platform so revenue teams have everything they need to build winning sellers.

Global companies, like Fortune 500 organizations, trust Mindtickle to support their revenue teams. Customers and industry analysts have also recognized us. G2 has ranked us the #1 Sales Training & Onboarding platform for 28 consecutive quarters, and Forrester has recognized Mindtickle as a Leader in revenue enablement. Mindtickle was also recognized as AI-Based Sales Solution of the Year by the 2025 AI Breakthrough Awards and has received Stevie Awards for Technology Innovation and Customer Support Excellence.

At Mindtickle, we're helping companies create high-performing revenue teams, and we're looking for people who want to help shape what's next.

Job Snapshot

A revenue manager runs a business through people. Every week they choose where their limited attention goes: which deal to step into, who on the team needs coaching, which problem to leave alone. An hour spent rescuing one account is an hour not spent developing a rep. The information needed to choose well already exists, but it sits scattered across the CRM, recorded calls, dashboards, and enablement tools, and managers assemble it by hand.

Mindtickle is building Manager Effectiveness, the product charter that owns that choice. It helps revenue managers and leaders direct scarce management attention toward the interventions that matter most across the business and the people they are responsible for.

We need a Group Product Manager to own it. The problem is hard in a specific way: "where should this manager spend their next hour?" has no correct answer sitting in a table, and the products render judgments about people that a manager or a CFO will challenge. You will decide what counts as correct, get customers to agree with it, and defend it. You will have no reports and the full charter: product direction, roadmap, customer relationships, pricing, and revenue.

What You'll Drive
  • Define and ship the products that tell a manager what deserves attention right now, why it matters, what intervention fits, and whether the last decision changed anything.

  • Build into the reviews managers already run — one-to-ones, pipeline reviews, team reviews — rather than asking customers to adopt a new ritual.

  • Put a judgment about a rep or a team in front of a manager or a CRO, get them to accept it, and defend it when they push back.

  • Find and run design partnerships with CROs and frontline sales managers, and come back from those conversations with decisions.

  • Represent the product externally on your own: pre-sales calls, escalations, and renewal-risk conversations.

  • Compose the platform's intelligence about deals, calls, and readiness instead of rebuilding it, and hold a clear contract with the teams that own those systems.

  • Shape pricing and packaging for the products you own, and argue your call in terms of what it does to the deal.

  • Choose the next bet with no usage data to read it off, make the case for it, and own how it turns out.

  • How You'll Work with AI

At Mindtickle, AI is part of how everyone works. We expect every team member to use AI to move faster and think bigger.

  • Run the eval loop on the AI in your products — action-based evaluation, error analysis, and observability on what the system does in production.

  • Prototype three paths through a problem in an afternoon instead of debating which one is right.

  • Keep agents running on your own work — repos carrying an agent instruction file such as CLAUDE.md or AGENTS.md, research runs going overnight, connected tools.

  • Read what the model produces closely enough to catch where it is wrong, before it reaches a customer.

  • What You Bring
  • Owned a B2B SaaS product end to end across several release cycles — direction, roadmap, customers, and revenue.

  • Shipped something substantial, fast, at quality, with a small team, and can say what you cut to get there.

  • Ran an eval discipline for an AI or LLM product in production, including error analysis and observability.

  • Argued eval design with engineers and held a renewal-risk conversation with a CRO in the same week.

  • Ran hard customer conversations on your own, and can name what changed because of them.

  • Changed how you work because of AI, and can say what you did last week that you could not have done a year ago.

  • Nice to Have
  • Sales enablement or revenue intelligence experience — knowing what a CRO does with call data and what a frontline manager does on Monday morning is an advantage.

  • Experience building for managers or operators whose job is deciding where a team's time goes — sales management, revenue operations, or workforce analytics — is a plus.

  • Experience with a data-heavy B2B product sold to a business operator in a revenue or marketing org, where the buyer and the configurer were different people, is a plus.

  • Having built AI products that make judgments people must accept — rankings, recommendations, or automated decisions with no human review — is nice to have.

  • What We Offer
  • Flexible hybrid work — we care about output

  • Unlimited paid time off, plus company holidays and all statutory leave entitlements

  • Comprehensive health coverage for you and your family

  • Wellness support - physical and mental health programmes

  • Learning & development access, including Mindtickle's own platform and a dedicated L&D budget

  • Equity participation

  • If based in our India offices (Pune / Bangalore):

  • Fresh meals from our live kitchen — breakfast, lunch, and dinner covered

  • Unlimited tea, coffee, snacks, and beverages throughout the day

  • Spaces to focus, collaborate, or decompress between sessions

  • We mark the moments that matter — birthdays, work anniversaries, and the wins worth celebrating
