About This Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Global Benefits Manager to join our team. This individual contributor role will be responsible for managing and optimizing our global benefits programs, with a strong emphasis on US benefits. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in US benefits administration and a solid understanding of global benefits practices.
Primary responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Design, implement, and manage comprehensive global benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and other employee benefits.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations related to employee benefits.
Collaborate with regional HR teams to develop and manage benefits programs that meet local requirements and align with global strategies.
Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitive and cost-effective benefits offerings.
Partner with external vendors and consultants to manage benefits administration and resolve any issues.
Provide expert guidance and support to employees regarding benefits inquiries and issues.
Develop and deliver benefits communication materials and presentations to educate employees about their benefits options.
Monitor and analyze benefits trends and best practices to continuously improve our benefits programs.
Manage the annual benefits renewal process, including negotiations with providers and implementation of changes.
Support the development and implementation of wellness initiatives to promote employee health and well-being.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Proven project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration systems.
Ability to stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
8 years of experience in benefits management, with a strong focus on US benefits.
Experience with global benefits programs and practices.
In-depth knowledge of US benefits regulations, including ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA.
Certification in benefits (e.g., CEBS, CBP) is a plus.
