Job Description

The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of experience selling complex solutions into the Life Sciences industry, evidenced by a strong track record of over performance. In the role you will partner with multiple stakeholders within the Sales, Marketing, Analytics and IT business units to help transform their commercial model through the application and implementation of AI and ML software.

 

What you’ll own and accomplish... 

  • Nurture and develop your own set of prospects and customers focused on changing healthcare around the world
  • Help guide our life sciences customers into the world of Artificial Intelligence to improve Commercial Performance
  • Partner with the Aktana Team and our Technology Partners to keep customers informed on the best ways to use software and services to improve their go-to-market strategy.

Key Performance Indicators: 

  • Contract bookings
  • Growth of accounts and new logos
  • Customer Satisfaction

 

What you’ll need to be successful... 

  • Experience selling large contracts into life science companies 
  • Experience introducing new customers to analytics, CRM or other complex products 
  • Experience navigating large complex sales processes 
  • History of top performance and achievement 
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills 
  • Experience selling to sales, marketing, analytics and/or IT.
  • 5-10 years selling in Life Sciences environment

  • You’ve sold SaaS platforms to commercial pharma
  • You’ve sold AI/ML solutions to commercial pharma
