Job description

At Similarweb, we are revolutionizing the way businesses interact with the digital world by revealing to them everything that happens online.

Our unique data and solutions empower over 4,300 customers globally, including industry giants like Google, eBay, and Adidas, to make game-changing decisions that drive their digital strategies.

In 2021, we went public on the New York Stock Exchange, and we continue to reach new heights! Come work alongside Similarwebbers across the globe who are bright, curious, practical and good people.

About the role:

This role is centered around managing the end-to-end employee experience across the full lifecycle - from onboarding to offboarding, with a strong focus on operational excellence, infrastructure, and process optimization.
You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and continuously improving the frameworks that support employees in their day-to-day experience, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and a high level of service.
The role combines close collaboration with employees and stakeholders, hands-on execution, and a proactive approach to creating a well-structured, supportive, and smoothly run work environment.

This position is part-time (50%) and requires on-site presence 5 days a week in half-day shifts.
This is a great opportunity to enter and grow within the fields of HR and employee experience in the high-tech industry.

What will you be doing?

  • Oversee the employee journey, addressing both professional and personal aspects to ensure a well-rounded and fulfilling experience, including full employee lifecycle management (from onboarding to offboarding).
  • Manage ongoing employee experience touchpoints, including support for employees through meaningful life moments—from joyful occasions such as birthdays, weddings, and newborns to more sensitive times like illness and condolences - ensuring care, empathy, and attention throughout.
  • Maintain and enhance existing internal infrastructures while optimizing all employee-related processes, including team events and celebrating milestones such as anniversaries and recognition moments.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and employees to lead, inspire, and ensure the seamless integration of employee experience initiatives into the organizational framework, including welfare programs and benefits.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Tel Aviv employees, providing day-to-day support, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience across both personal and professional aspects.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate logistics and administrative needs that support various initiatives and projects, enhancing engagement and organizational culture.
  • Provide support at the reception area as needed, ensuring a warm, professional, and well-organized welcome experience.
  • Assist in the operational execution of company events, including celebrations, holidays, swag, gift distribution, workshops, lectures, and welfare initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience as an Employee Experience Specialist and/or HR Administrator – advantage for experience in the high-tech industry.
  • Flexibility and the ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and demanding environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
  • A hands-on approach, with willingness to roll up sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done.
  • A service-oriented, positive, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Full proficiency in MS Office
  • High level of English

** This role requires working from the office 5 days a week **
