We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Revenue Enablement to lead the enablement strategy and initiatives for all our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams (sales, service, customer success and support), and Customer Enablement. This role requires a customer-obsessed, business-focused , date-driven, hands-on leader capable of operating at all levels—from shaping company strategy to executing in-field engagements. The Director will oversee programs such as onboarding, continuous learning (everboarding), product launches, coaching, messaging refinement, sales plays, competitive intelligence (battle cards), and enhancing both pre- and post-sales customer experiences.

  • Performance Metrics & Analysis: Establish and monitor leading and lagging enablement KPIs using Mindtickle's value framework, ensuring measurable improvements in team competencies and behaviors.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and consistency in enablement initiatives.
  • Customer-Centric Focus: Champion a customer-first approach, ensuring all enablement activities enhance the customer journey and drive value at every touchpoint.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, communicating enablement strategies, progress, and outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, integrating innovative approaches to elevate the enablement function.
  • We’d love to hear from you, if you:
  • Experience: 10+ years in roles such as Management Consulting, IT Consulting, Professional Services, Revenue Operations, Solution Consulting, Product Marketing, or Revenue Enablement, with a proven track record of driving complex GTM initiatives that result in measurable business outcomes.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence senior leadership, and drive organizational change.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Innovation & Risk Management: Proven ability to take calculated risks, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Customer Enablement Expertise: Deep understanding of customer enablement strategies and their impact on the overall customer experience and business growth.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with enablement tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Global Perspective: Experience working in global or multinational organizations, understanding diverse market dynamics and cultural nuances.
