Recognized by Fortune, Forbes, Fast Company, Inc. and Great Places to Work, Carta is shaping the future of private market infrastructure.
Together, Carta is creating the end-to-end ERP platform for private markets. Traditional ERP solutions don’t work for Private Funds. - Reinforce inputs and activity metrics that enable reps to successfully hit and exceed quota
- Partner with recruiting to continually build a bench of strong talent for the sales org
- Work cross-functionally with sales enablement to develop, implement, and refine new hire onboarding and improve ramp time
- Lead from the front: Participate in active deals to help drive towards closed won opportunities
About You
- You are experienced in the private markets landscape, especially Private Equity and Private Credit, as well as are a subject matter expert in Fund Administration
