We’re seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to be the trusted advisor for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service, achieve their goals, and grow with us. If you’re passionate about client relationships, problem-solving, and helping companies succeed in the global employment space, this role is for you.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment, with experience preferably coming from HR Tech or SaaS. The Customer Success Manager should possess high-level organizational skills and strong business development techniques to drive engagement with respective stakeholders.
What you’ll do:
- Own client relationships post-onboarding, serving as the primary strategic point of contact in partnership with a Customer Experience Manager.
- Drive client retention and satisfaction by ensuring customers see measurable value from our EOR solutions
- Consult on workforce expansion strategies, guiding clients through compliance, payroll, and HR best practices in various countries
- Proactively identify growth opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services
- Monitor account health and address potential risks before they become issues
- Act as the voice of the customer by sharing actionable client insights to sharpen strategy and enhance internal processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with onboarding, payroll, compliance, HR Ops and legal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM (Notion, Salesforce) and provide timely updates on account status
- Lead regular business reviews with clients to align objectives and share performance insights
Who you are:
- 4+ years of Account Management, Business Development, or Client Service within HR Tech, Fintech, SaaS or Global employment solutions.
- Solid understanding of EOR services, payroll, compliance, and HR processes
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding retention and growth targets
- Ability to problem-solve complex, multi-stakeholder situations
- Comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail

In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave.
The annual base salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $120,000.
