The Role
Veeva Systems is looking for professionals, who wish to become experts in the Veeva Commercial Cloud product suite, who have a passion for helping customers achieve their business vision, and who wish to participate in the transformation of the global Life Sciences Industry.
In this position, you will work as a Managed Services Consultant of our Professional Services Organization, providing post-implementation application consulting and technical administration as a subject matter expert of Veeva Commercial Solutions to the pharmaceutical customers located in China.
What You’ll Do
Provide overall application expertise and knowledge to customer, serving as a trusted advisor for Veeva solutions.
Engage with customer to gather, analyze, clarify business requirements, translate them into practical system solutions.
Assess customer requirements against Veeva product capabilities and recommend best-fit solutions; Configure and implement system changes to meet customer needs.
Provide industry and product best practice, proactively advise customers and educate on effective use of Veeva solutions.
Partner with Veeva product teams to communicate customer feedback, identify product gaps and contribute to product enhancements
Tier 2/3 application support, troubleshoot complex issues, identify root cause and drive timely resolution
Environment management activities
Support customer ongoing BAU administration and maintenance, including user management, security, territory management, reporting, integrations and bulk data loading.
Ad-hoc training to educate customer admins and enable customer to manage the system independently
Proactive identify opportunities to improve system performance, operational efficiency, and customer experience through continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
At least Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related degrees
5+ years working experience in the IT industry
3+ years software development experience with hands-on experience in Python/Java
2+ years of customer-facing experience (Requirement gathering, business analysis, stakeholder communication, etc.)
Fluent in English verbal and written
Hardworking and can-do attitude
Fast learner, willingness to grow and open to changing priorities and environments
Nice to Have
Consulting experience, BA experience, Customer service experience
Veeva CRM, Network, OpenData knowledge
Knowledge and applicable experience in the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences
