
The Compensation Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring that the organization’s compensation practices are applied consistently, competitively, and fairly, while aligning with business and strategic goals. Responsibilities include evaluating positions using job evaluation methodologies, determining market pricing and salary ranges, and building tools to analyze and visualize compensation data.
This role supports the evaluation of employee pay by assessing internal equity, external competitiveness, and performance. In addition, the Compensation Analyst partners with HRIS to ensure data accuracy and seamless integration with compensation processes. The role supports the HR function by ensuring seamless integration of data analysis and insights.. The analyst is also responsible for developing and iterating on data analytics, reporting, and insights across People and Compensation data, as well as participating in compensation surveys.
