Job requirements
Experience Range: At least 7 to 10 years of experience, including substantial hands-on expertise in Salesforce Lightning architecture and application development Key Responsibilities:
Design and architect scalable Salesforce Lightning solutions to address complex business requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing platforms
Develop, customize, and optimize Salesforce Lightning components such as Lightning Pages, Lightning Flows, and Lightning Path to enhance user experience and streamline business processes
Lead the implementation of Salesforce Lightning App Builder, delivering tailored applications and interfaces that improve productivity and operational efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions within the Salesforce Lightning ecosystem
Establish and enforce best practices for Salesforce Lightning development, deployment, and governance across multiple projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables
Oversee the creation and maintenance of advanced Lightning Reports & Dashboards, enabling actionable insights and performance tracking
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Lightning applications and integrations, proactively preventing future challenges
Mentor and guide development teams on Salesforce Lightning architecture, promoting adherence to industry standards and organizational objectives
Required Skills:
Salesforce Lightning App Builder expertise
Advanced proficiency with Salesforce Lightning Flows
Experience designing and configuring Salesforce Lightning Pages
Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Path
Development and optimization of Lightning Reports & Dashboards
Deep understanding of Salesforce data models and security architecture
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs
Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and tools
Declarative and programmatic Salesforce customization
Familiarity with version control and CI/CD tools for Salesforce deployments
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency with Salesforce DX and modern development lifecycle tools
Knowledge of Salesforce Shield and advanced security features
Experience with third-party Salesforce AppExchange solutions
Background in Agile methodologies for Salesforce project delivery
Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification
Experience with large-scale Salesforce data migration projects
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
