As Solutions Delivery within Anaplan’s Revenue Performance Management (RPM) Center of Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our RPM Applications delivery is consistent, scalable, and aligns with Anaplan's standards of quality.  You will specifically focus on ensuring our customers business process needs are realized through the effective implementation of the RPM applications. This role combines deep RPM Planning expertise, familiarity with the implementation of planning tools (whether that is Anaplan or other solutions) platform, and deep knowledge of our RPM Applications to enable and assist professional services colleagues both within Anaplan and our partner ecosystem in their effective implementation.

Key activities to drive success and scaling include shaping the implementation approach for RPM Applications, leading the delivery of all applicable documentation and content, enabling internal and external teams, being on-call for business process expertise. As a Delivery Advisor you will provide product guidance, validate and approve implementation plans, observe and monitor implementations, and ensure features feedback is incorporated into future versions and new RPM Applications.

This role combines excellent collaboration skills, deep understanding of RPM Planning use cases, Applications expertise, Professional Services experience, and an innovative mindset combined with strong attention to detail and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Anaplan’s Product Management, Professional Services, and GTM Enablement Teams to ensure seamless integration of RPM Applications into Anaplan’s GTM and delivery motion by:
    • Serving as the subject matter the Applications, guiding effective implementation strategies. 
    • Developing and overseeing functional enablement programs, including training, guides, comprehensive documentation for internal and partner use. Drive ecosystem enablement by developing scalable knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Uphold and enhance implementation standards to maintain Anaplan’s brand integrity. 
  • Empower partners through training, advisory and supporting services, scaling Anaplan's service delivery capacity and driving implementation success, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. 
  • Support key and late-stage sales opportunities as a process expert, guiding customers on best practices for implementing RPM Application. Deliver actionable feedback from the field to the Product Team to improve our applications.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners, including presenting Anaplan’s RPM Applications vision, and demonstrate the solutions at key internal and external events.

Key Metrics

  • Drive the enablement of Professional Services and Partner Teams to increase and maintain their understanding of the applications, their functionality and implementation implications.
  • Ensure the successful implementation of the applications, by providing guidance and advice to the implementation teams.

Qualifications

  • Deep expertise in RPM planning processes, and experience in implementing systems to support these processes.  Broad experience across all aspects of end-to-end Go-to-Market planning is necessary (Segementation and Scoring, T&Q, Capacity planning, Incentive Compensation, etc).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and knowledge-sharing skills, with a demonstrated ability in presenting compelling content, performing product demonstrations, leading workshops, and developing enablement programs.
  • Strong understanding of Anaplan’s platform and its application to solve complex business challenges.  This role does not call for deep Anaplan technical/architecture skills.
  • Understanding of product management, GTM operations and enablement.
  • A results-driven mindset, able to collaborate across teams, with a focus o contributing deliverables of the highest possible quality and impact.
