About the Role:
Based out of our Centrally located Showroom, Wristcheck Sales are enthusiastic, results driven and team oriented. As the face of Wristcheck, you'll be responsible for building relationships and delivering exceptional, high-touch experiences that exceed client expectations. We're looking for a natural people person with strong communication and a high bar for quality. You are passionate about people, watches and tech, and are genuinely excited about the prospect of revolutionising the buying and selling process. This position is a frontline sales role working within our private showroom in Hong Kong. This role is open to HK residents and visa holders only and will require the ability to work on a rotating shift roster from Monday to Saturday.
What you’ll be doing:
Discuss, educate and advise on watch brands and models, as well as introduce new customers to Wristcheck servicesConsistently hit and/or exceed individual sales targets to contribute to overall team successManage a book of existing clients, growing and nurturing your relationship with them to uncover new leads and opportunities Utilize our CRM platform to manage and document new and existing customer relationships and interactions. Leverage the system to stay connected to customers and provide personalized experiencesPromptly and professionally follow up on leads generated by digital marketing campaignsProvide the highest level of service and follow up at every opportunity, setting the stage for subsequent purchases, referrals and testimonials Ensure all sales floor standards are maintainedStay abreast of the latest developments in the watch industry, including market prices and conditions. Ensure you are well versed in historical pricing, watch specifications / condition / nuances for our catalog of consigned watchesBe a Wristcheck ambassador and represent our core values inside and outside of the workplace
What you’ll bring:
2+ years of luxury sales experience, ideally in a similar role in retail / auction house. Candidates with more experience can be considered for a Senior Sales Associate role.A high level of professionalism and customer service with a demonstrated ability to connect and build relationships with entrepreneurs, executives and professionals from all industriesStrong knowledge and passion for watch brands and luxury timepiecesYou have an existing rolodex of clients and industry knowledge of where to source supply of pre-owned watches Entrepreneurial self-starter that is able to perform in a results-oriented and deadline driven environmentAble to work autonomously as well as an integral part of a highly motivated teamNaturally organized with meticulous attention to detailExcellent interpersonal and communication skills in Mandarin and Cantonese, English is a bonus!
*Able to work to a retail roster, including evening and occasional weekend work
