About the Role:
Wristcheck is expanding, and we’re looking for watch enthusiasts who are excited to build the watch world of tomorrow!
As part of our Sales team, you’ll be the driving force behind Wristcheck’s growth in the US, hunting down business opportunities and closing deals that propel us to new heights. A natural people person with a knack for building rapport and unstoppable determination, you’ll be the powerhouse our team needs to exceed revenue targets and propel the Wristcheck experience.
This is a full-time position with 5 days of work per week from Tuesday to Saturday (schedule subject to change).
What you'll be doing:
Share your passion for watches! You’ll act as an advisor and educator to help our customers find their next prized possession. As a keen listener, you’ll understand the motivations, likes, and dislikes of our customers to facilitate the trade of suitable timepieces, leveraging our platform to connect buyers and sellers.Consistently hit and/or exceed monthly sales targets to contribute to overall team success.Build and nurture your own book of business, leveraging networking, referrals, and personalized outreach to grow long-term relationships.Become an expert on the secondary watch market, including the latest releases and market pricing trends.Advise individual sellers with your strong knowledge of the pre-owned market. Walk them through our consignment process, pre-empt and answer any questions they have to ensure a seamless experience.Introduce Wristcheck's unique services, highlighting the benefits of buying and selling through our platform.Work with internal teams and leverage our CRM to build a personalized, uniquely Wristcheck customer experience, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to drive revenue.Collaborate with Brand and Operations teams to execute store events, promotions, and campaigns that generate excitement and deepen client engagement.Stay up-to-date on industry trends, pricing, and market conditions, ensuring clients benefit from your expertise.Represent Wristcheck as a brand ambassador – inside and outside the boutique – embodying our values of trust, passion, and innovation.
What you'll bring:
3+ years of luxury sales experience, ideally in a similar role in the secondary market or an auction houseA high level of professionalism and excellent customer service. You enjoy connecting with people from all walks of life and have a natural ability to build rapport with entrepreneurs, executives, and professionals from all industriesA watch enthusiast through and through who loves sharing their passion with othersYou have a strong network in NYC and bring a strong network of clients and sellers alikeCreative thinker, always finding new ways to push the bar and solve problems Proficient in CRM software and data analysis tools Entrepreneurial self-starter. Fast-paced environments give you energy!A great team player who is also able to work independentlyNaturally organized with meticulous attention to detailExcellent interpersonal and communication skills
