Lead Enterprise Training. Support Military Healthcare.

Rackner is seeking an experienced Training Program Lead to oversee enterprise training operations supporting military healthcare technology. This role helps ensure healthcare professionals and operational teams receive consistent, effective training across complex federal healthcare technology environments.

You'll lead the coordination of training schedules, instructor readiness, course delivery, and training quality across a geographically distributed user community. Working alongside clinical, technical, and program teams, you'll help strengthen training effectiveness, operational readiness, and the experience of healthcare technology users.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced training leader who enjoys managing complex learning operations, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and improving how large-scale training programs are delivered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise training operations across instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning programs.
  • Own and coordinate high-volume enterprise training calendars, instructor assignments, and delivery schedules across multiple learning formats.
  • Oversee instructor qualification, certification, train-the-trainer activities, and instructional readiness to maintain reliable training coverage.
  • Lead coordination of course-development requests, quality reviews, feedback resolution, and training material releases with appropriate subject-matter experts.
  • Manage training delivery changes and collaborate with program stakeholders to maintain quality, consistency, and alignment with customer requirements.
  • Oversee training evaluations, course reporting, and continuing education accreditation compliance activities.
  • Monitor training participation, learner feedback, and performance indicators to evaluate training effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional experience in enterprise training delivery, including at least 3 years in a training lead or training program role.
  • Administering courses through Joint Knowledge Online (JKO).
  • Supporting continuing medical education (CME) accreditation and Continuing Education Program Office (CEPO) processes.
  • Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Supporting military healthcare education programs or large-scale clinical technology training initiatives.
  • Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM), Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD, formerly CPLP), or a comparable professional training certification.

Why Rackner?

At Rackner, you'll work with teams delivering technology solutions that support important federal missions. We bring together technical, operational, and mission-focused professionals to solve complex challenges through collaboration and practical innovation.

You'll have the opportunity to contribute to a complex federal healthcare training environment, collaborate with experienced clinical and technical professionals, and help improve the consistency and effectiveness of training across a distributed user community.
