This role brings together clinical, training, field, and technical teams to keep services coordinated, resources available, and operational commitments on track.

You'll work closely with program leadership to manage competing priorities, coordinate workforce capacity, and address operational challenges across multiple service-delivery functions. This opportunity offers meaningful leadership responsibility in a DoD environment, where sound operational decisions help support military health services and mission readiness.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate operational schedules and priorities across training, field activities, military exercises, and ongoing service delivery.
  • Manage workforce capacity and resource coordination to support operational readiness and service continuity.
  • Identify and address scheduling conflicts, staffing challenges, and competing operational priorities.
  • Coordinate supplemental staffing and surge support in response to changing mission needs, ensuring activities remain within authorized work requirements.
  • Lead weekly operational and monthly service reviews, communicating progress, risks, and priorities to program leadership.
  • Support the Program Manager and maintain operational continuity when acting on their behalf.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in service management or operations leadership supporting Department of Defense (DoD) programs.
  • ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
  • Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ITIL 4 Managing Professional certification.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Field Service Management.
  • Coordinating schedules and operational resources across globally distributed teams.

Why Rackner?
