What’s the opportunity?
We seek a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our newly formed Strategic Governance Team. This strategic role is crucial for overseeing all payments and financial flows within the company and ensuring the network of the company’s flows runs optimally.
What will I be doing?
Identify misalignments between various information sources and real-life data; map and address root causesPropose and implement effective solutions to rectify data misalignments and non-compliant flowsLeverage organizational resources to drive impactful changesCollaborate with key stakeholders (CEO, COO, General Counsel, and other C-levels) to align on strategic initiatives and act as a thought partnerBuild and manage a high-performing team of network strategy specialistsDevelop and maintain comprehensive master files of flow routings and data fieldsMonitor and report on financial flows, identifying deviations from compliance and regulatory guidelinesLead efforts to create automated solutions for controlling flows and data fields, preventing non-compliant transactionsSupport and collaborate with different areas of the company to solve strategic issues
What skills do I need?
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.Master’s degree preferredMinimum of 5-7 years of experience in a consulting firmProven experience in managing and leading teamsStrong stakeholder management and problem-solving skillsExcellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
