THE POSITION
The Talent Partner is responsible for providing frontline HR and Talent Acquisition support to our employees in EMEA. This role will support employees with a variety of HR tasks including recruiting, onboarding, employee assistance, offboarding, etc. For recruiting specifically, this role will focus on hiring within our Engineering & Sales organizations.
The Talent Partner is also responsible for supporting various projects and initiatives in EMEA related to HR and employee experience (e.g. wellness, culture development, etc.).
The position reports to the Director, Talent Acquisition and is part of the People & Culture Team.
This is a hybrid role based out of our London, UK office.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruiting
- Implement sourcing and recruitment strategies for EMEA, in collaboration with the global Talent Acquisition Team.
- Consult managers to ensure talent needs are anticipated and supported.
- Facilitate process for EMEA through full recruiting life cycle - including sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, taking references, preparing offer letters, etc.
- Ensure local compliance of all legal aspects of recruiting and candidate selection.
- Partner with other departments (Finance, Legal, etc.) to drive the recruiting process through to onboarding.
HR Support
- Provide first-level HR assistance to managers, employees, and former employees on policy related questions in EMEA.
- Input and manage accurate employee data in Workday and other HR systems including new hire entry, title changes, pay rate changes, terminations, etc.
- Facilitate onboarding and off-boarding processes for EMEA employees.
- Update or create essential documents for EMEA processes including benefit summaries, local employee letters, SOPs etc.
- Help facilitate benefits registration and processes in EMEA.
- Maintain detailed operating knowledge of processes, systems, and services offered by the People team in EMEA.
- Manage tasks and assist with local projects to support the EMEA People Team – such projects could relate to wellness, philanthropy, and culture.
THE CANDIDATE
- 3-5 years of full-life cycle recruiting experience
- 1-2 years of HR-related experience
- Experience working with multiple locations: familiarity with EMEA offices is desired
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of ATS platform (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse) and HRIS system (e.g. Workday).
- Highly collaborative with the ability to build strong, trusting relationships with peers, employees and candidates
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team as needed
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills with strong attention to detail
- Must be fluent in English. Fluency in another European language (German, Danish, Czech, etc.) is a strong plus.
SALARY RANGE
The salary range for this role is £55,000 - £60,000, depending on location and experience.
