About the Role

The Netskope Engineering & Product Talent Team collaborates closely with R&D leadership to effectively identify, source, assess, and hire candidates who align with our current and future hiring and diversity objectives. We manage and streamline the entire recruiting process, from pinpointing needs and developing sourcing strategies to outreach, interviewing / assessment, offer negotiation, and ensuring a smooth transition to the HR team for onboarding.

What's in It for You

Joining our team offers you the rewarding opportunity to work alongside some of the brightest minds in AI / Cybersecurity, Cloud and Networking. You will play a vital role in shaping and evolving a team that is making a significant impact through innovation and market leadership, all while contributing to the scale, resilience, and performance of our global cloud and AI security platform.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Collaborating with senior engineering leadership and hiring managers to identify and anticipate staffing needs, while developing targeted sourcing strategies that ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Engaging in a full life-cycle recruiting role for your searches, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates. You will leverage your understanding of the competitive landscape, market compensation norms, and candidate psychology to guide both candidates and hiring managers through the offer negotiation and closing process.
  • Taking a hands-on approach to sourcing and screening for your open positions, including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate initial interest, followed by comprehensive Zoom qualification calls before presenting candidates to hiring teams.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and related teams, while effectively balancing multiple concurrent searches with competing priorities.
  • Developing recruiting plans that expand our potential candidate pool and ensure a diverse range of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Assisting in identifying tools and process improvements that enhance our recruiting platform and overall efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of ten (5) years of relevant technical recruiting experience, including direct, on-site experience with a company developing products for the enterprise market, as well as prior agency experience.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to executing tasks correctly the first time in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • The ability to transition seamlessly between all stages of the end-to-end recruiting process and manage multiple searches for various hiring managers simultaneously.
  • Strong direct-sourcing skills, including research/sourcing, cold calling, and outreach via email and InMail.
  • Experience in recruiting for product companies that develop enterprise solutions in areas such as cloud networking, distributed systems, big data engineering, and cloud and network security.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools such as Gem/Greenhouse Sourcing Automation, and candidate experience and scheduling tools such as Guide.
  • Discretion and sound judgment are critical skills for this role, as poor decisions can significantly impact overall functional and company operations.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with niche sourcing platforms or tools beyond the standard recruiting stack.
  • Experience recruiting in high-growth or startup environments.

Education

  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
