- In this administrative role you will be reporting into the Director of Global Talent Acquisition. You will help ensure a seamless and high-quality candidate experience, while also supporting important talent operations and reporting functions.
- Interview Scheduling & Candidate Experience: You will support the Talent Acquisition team and the Hiring Teams by handling candidates interview scheduling needs, keeping team members informed and updated through the process
- Talent Acquisition Reporting & Data Management: You will assist with ongoing data audits, recruiting reports and system updates; you will create new requisitions, feedback forms and job postings, creating new user accounts and general troubleshooting when questions arise
- Offer Letter Drafting & Onboarding Support: You will draft offer letters, including university agreements and other related administrative tasks. You will oversee the onboarding activities and prepare New Hire reports
- Process Improvement & Special TA Projects: You will prepare talent-focused data analytics reports. You will participate in ad hoc talent-focused TA coordination projects
What you will bring with you- 2+ years of experience in Talent/HR Coordination, HR Administration, HR Generalist or Recruiting Operations
- A data-driven mindset, with the ability to track main recruiting metrics
- You are always looking for ways to improve processes
- Fluency in both Italian and English is required
What we look for- You are passionate about talent operations, data, and process optimization
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (like Lever)
- Fluency in English is necessary, as the role requires communication and tasks to be carried out in English
